Women led human rights promotion in Sri Lanka is a project implemented by Humanity & Inclusion (HI) with two other organization (Viluthu and Women’s Development Centre – WDC) and funded by European Union (EU). The main objective of this project is to promote and protect the human rights and fundamental freedoms of grassroot women. The Trainings of Trainers (TOT) programmes has been conducted in 8 districts (Ampara, Anuradhapura, Hambantota, Jaffna, Kandy, Mannar, Monaragala, Trincomalee) around Sri Lanka to address the women to aware human rights among them. It mainly focused on 3 major fields.
