The GIZ-VTN project’s objective defined as: Youths from all sections of Sri Lanka’s population have increasingly access to demand-based cooperative vocational training. The project’s political partner is the Ministry of Skills Development and Vocational Training. The key implementation partner agencies are the National Apprenticeship and Training Authority (NAITA), the Vocational Training Authority of Sri Lanka and Don Bosco Sri Lanka and selected private sector partners (PSPs).

The assignment is to compose informative and engaging content in English based on the information provided by the project team. There were main three phases of the projects, namely; Input, Processing and Output. The Phase 01 (Input) includes the obtaining of data including information, story leads, statistics, photographs and other data will be obtained by the project team before writing the content. The Phase 02 (Processing) focuses on the usability of the content that will be created. This also includes optimization of search engines and planning for user-friendly content creation. Special attention was given to the grammar and sentence structuring. The Phase 03 (Output) comprises of proof reading and finalizing. Also, consistency and accuracy in grammar, spelling, punctuation, and formatting was checked in this phase and errors both small and large that were either missed or introduced during editing were also checked and corrected.
